General Obedience
General Obedience Training begins at the dog’s residence, and as they gain their footing with the basics, we begin to train more out in the world with more challenges and distractions. The center of training revolves around a mix of place training, heelwork, recall, and each dog’s unique strengths. Place Training centers a dog’s focus, and allows for a pause, thus increasing their focus. One of the fastest ways to build a relationship with your dog is through leash-work. Working on heel work extensively enhances communication, and compliments sound recall, while working off-leash in a safe area. Remember, each dog is different! This is an awesome opportunity to identity each dog’s unique characteristics, while showcasing their talents.
